The present invention relates to a pretreatment method for glasswort seed, by placing the glasswort seed on a sieve, grinding the same with a mortar, and then eliminating perianth and funiculate, thereby increasing germination rate. The present invention further relates to a glasswort seed germination method which includes a step of germinating by immersing the pre-treated glasswort seed in water in the presence of light, thereby ensuring increased germination rate. Further, the present invention relates to a glasswort seed which is germinated by the method and ensures increased germination rate, and to a method for increasing germination rate of the glasswort seed.본 발명은 퉁퉁마디 종자를 체(sieve) 위에 올리고 막자사발로 분쇄하여 화피와 주병을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발아율이 향상된 퉁퉁마디 종자의 전처리 방법, 상기 전처리한 퉁퉁마디 종자를 광처리 하에서 물에 침종시켜 발아시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발아율이 향상된 퉁퉁마디 종자의 발아방법, 상기 방법에 의해 발아된 발아율이 향상된 퉁퉁마디 종자 및 퉁퉁마디 종자의 발아율을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
