According to theinvention, the main body has a front surface (20), a rearsurface (21), and lateral and medial side surfaces (22,23), wherein the medial side surface (23) is offsetrearwardly in relation to the lateral side surface (22),and the side surfaces (22, 23) are designed to bear onsectioned surfaces (94, 95) of the lamina (93), and arearwardly protruding extension (4) with a lateralbearing surface (43) on a spinous process (92) of thevertebra (9) is arranged on the rear surface (21). Inthis way, the resection opening can be easily and safelyclosed.
