PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an animal model for reproducing a swell symptom due to life habit, and to provide a method for easily evaluating effectiveness of a swell curative medicine.SOLUTION: An animal model is produced by forcing a test animal to stay in a standing position for three or more days to have a swell symptom.
