The present invention achieves a tablet cartridge that can be used commonly for different tablets having somewhat different shapes. The tablet cartridge is provided with: a tablet container 40 formed with a tablet accommodating space 42, 47 for randomly accommodating tablets and a tablet discharge port 43 a first rotor 50 which has tablet accommodating units 51 for tablet passing arranged in a row in a peripheral edge part thereof and which is provided at an inner bottom part of the tablet accommodating space 42, 47 and a rotation shaft 62 for transmitting shaft rotation drive to the first rotor 50. In addition, the tablet cartridge is also provided with a second rotor 70 which has through holes 71 for tablet passing formed in a peripheral edge part thereof. The number of the through holes 71 of the second rotor 70 is set to be smaller than the number of the tablet accommodating units 51 of the first rotor 50. The tablet accommodating space 42, 47 is partitioned vertically by the second rotor 70 into a lower accommodating space 42 and an upper accommodating space 47. The shaft rotation drive is transmitted also to the second rotor 70 by the rotation shaft 62.
