The present invention relates to a device for adding ionospheric vibration to fatigue-causing materials, toxic materials, and body fat which can easily accumulate in the human body due to stress, an irregular diet, and insufficient exercise of people in the modern society so as to decompose these materials without adverse reactions in the human body so that the device stimulates the glands that secrete breakdown enzymes and directly decomposes the accumulated fatigue-causing materials and fat so that they can be used as active energy in the human body or eliminated from the body.
