PURPOSE: A mouse model for a heterograft of spermatogonial stem cells, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to utilize in a model system for spermatogonial stem cell research of various mammal including human.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a mouse animal model comprises the steps of: (a) abdominal cavity-injecting 40-50 mg/kg of busaulfan into a bestowal animal mouse and (b) after 5-7 weeks from the previous step, transplanting spermatogonial stem cells of the public announcement animal of a different kind. The bestowal animal mouse is non-thymus nude mouse.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 정원줄기세포의 이종간 이식을 위한 동물 모델 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 비흉선 누드 마우스 (athymic nude mouse)를 수여동물 (recipient)로 이용하여, 정원줄기세포의 이종간 이식 시 부설판 (busulfan) 처리 농도 및 처리 후 이식 시기를 최적화함으로써, 인간을 포함한 다양한 포유동물의 정원줄기세포 연구의 모델 시스템으로 활용할 수 있다.
