To enable the abrasion of a lid body and the abnormal approach of threshing teeth to a receiving net to be avoided even by forming the lid body into a simple structure while having a checking opening having a large and easily usable shape, in a threshing cylinder for a thresher, equipped with the checking opening installed in the periphery wall part of the threshing cylinder and the detachable lid body for closing the checking opening.
SOLUTION: The lid body 34 has a linking part 41 for linking the lid body 34 by attaching the lid body 34 so as to contact with the back surface side of the periphery wall part 32 so as to be attached to the periphery wall part 32 of the threshing cylinder drum 31, and the threshing teeth 36 installed in the lid part 40 for closing the checking opening 33 of the lid body 34. The linking surface 41of a the linking part 41, contacting with the back surface of the periphery wall part 32 is set so as to be flush with the surface 40of a the lid body 40, facing to the checking opening 33.
