PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high level unsaturated aliphatic acid-containing raw material excellent in oxidation stability, flavor and water dispersibility even containing large amount of high level unsaturated aliphatic acid and capable of being used widely for a supplement, a health food, a general food, a pharmaceutical or the like and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a powder raw material by drying an oil-in-water type emulsified article containing 1-ether phospholipid and a manufacturing method of a powder raw material having following processes (1) and (2). (1) a process of emulsifying an oil phase containing 1-ether phospholipid and a water phase to obtain the oil-in-water emulsified article.
