PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsifiable skin care preparation having excellent spreadability, penetrating feeling and thick feeling when a formulation is applied, in which sticky feeling directly before the formulation is dried is suppressed, having excellent smoothness of skin and further having excellent sense of use even after the formulation is dried.SOLUTION: An emulsifiable skin care preparation includes: (A) polyethylene glycol in which the number-average molecular weight is 1,000 to 9,000 (B) polyethylene glycol in which the number-average molecular weight is 10,000 to 30,000 and (C) polyethylene glycol in which the number-average molecular weight is 50,000 to 10,000,000.
