The present invention relates to a monitoring method, and more specifically, to a tattoo operation monitoring method which enables a precise and safe tattoo operation by recognizing, in real time, the location of a needle engaged with the skin in a needle cartridge connected to a handpiece of a tattoo device that transfers ink into the skin for the tattoo operation.
