The present invention relates to a porous polymer microsphere for preventing or treating soft tissue diseases and a preparation method thereof. The porosity of the porous polymer microsphere is 60 to 90%. The porous polymer microsphere comprises: a biodegradable polymer support in a three-dimensional net structure in which pores having the size of 5 to 100 μm are connected to each other； and a drug selected among kartogenin, curcumin, ibuprofen or a mixture thereof included in a net structure of the biodegradable polymer support.본 발명은 다공도(porosity)가 60 내지 90 %이며, 크기가 5 내지 100 ㎛인 기공들이 서로 연결되어 있는 3차원 그물구조의 생분해성 고분자 지지체； 및 상기 생분해성 고분자 지지체의 그물구조 내에 포섭되는 카르토게닌, 커큐민, 이부프로펜 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 약물；을 포함하는 연부조직 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 다공성 고분자 마이크로스피어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
