PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an incidence rate of displacement failure of a packaging material.SOLUTION: A rolled-sushi packaging device 1 packages a food F such as a rolled-sushi rice with a packaging material P which accommodates laver or the like. After conveying the food F and the packaging material P into a packaging chamber 9c of a packaging body part 9a in a state of being held by an insertion top force 9e and an insertion bottom force 9f, the device packages the food F with the packaging material P by rotating a plurality of rolling rollers 9g1-9g4, which are provided on both right and left sides of the insertion bottom force 9f, in the packaging chamber 9c. Because the food and the packaging material are inserted into the packaging chamber in a state of being held by the insertion top force and the insertion bottom force stably, it is possible to reduce an incidence rate of displacement failure of the packaging material.
