The present invention relates to a treatment tool with a switch function using a shape memory alloy, comprising: a body part having a grip part formed on one side； an insertion part disposed on one side of the body part and inserted into body cavity； a treatment part disposed at an end of the insertion part and transferring energy to treat a tissue； and a switch part including the shape memory alloy to block energy at a predetermined temperature or higher. According to the present invention, applied energy is automatically shut off at a high temperature to prevent excessive temperature rise in a body. Moreover, since an internal mechanical switch is used such that a separate sensor is not required, and a separate control unit is not required such that a simple configuration is realized.
