The implant assembly comprises: a fixture which is implanted on alveolar bone and has a screw fastening hole formed in the upper center thereof； an abutment which is placed on the upper part of the fixture and is coupled by a connection screw； and a crown which is fixated and installed by being covered on the abutment. The abutment has a screw through hole formed to be penetrated by the connection screw at a lower part to be coupled to the screw fastening hole by screw； a screw insertion hole is formed to be connected with the screw through hole at an upper part so that the connection screw is inserted into the screw through hole； and the abutment is formed to be coupled and fixated on the fixture as the connection screw is inserted through the screw insertion hole and passes through the screw through hole to be screwed with the screw fastening hole.
