A galenic composition suitable for administration to an animal, preferably an agricultural animal, containing at least the following three components: - one or more active substances； - a disintegration accelerating substance, which is a lignosulfonate in the form of a water-soluble powder； a fat, solid at room temperature； - and in which a substance that accelerates disintegration and which slows down disintegration are introduced into the composition to form a matrix with iruemym release of the active substance or veschestv.2. Galenic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the controlled-release matrix is formed by homogeneous mixing of the active substance or substances with a substance that slows down the disintegration and accelerates the disintegration.
