A method comprising: assimilating to a mammal during a period of time a composition, wherein said composition increases the number of pluripotent stem cells from said mammal； drawing blood from said mammal after a specified period of time； separating plasma containing said pluripotent stem cells from one or more constituents of blood； infusion of said pluripotent stem cells to a specified mammal by one or more of the following methods: (a) spraying ； (b) an intravenous bolus； (c) intranasal inhalation； (d) intraspinal injection； (e) intra-articular injection； (f) topical cream； and (g) eye drops. 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising using a composition that mobilizes an increased amount of pluripotent stem cells into the tissue and bloodstream of a mammal. The method of claim 1, further comprising increasing the number of pluripotent stem cells using a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical agent. The method according to claim 1, further comprising using a composition comprising a phytochemical of plant cyanobacteria. The method according to claim 1, further comprising storing said blood sample at a temperature of from about 33 degrees Fahrenheit to about 40 ° Fahrenheit for about 24-72 hours. The method of claim 1, further comprising infusing said pluripotent stem cells to said mammal through a stereotactic delivery method. The method according to claim 1, further comprising separating the plasma containing said pluripotent trunks1.
