FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely a syringe, particularly an insulin syringe, also concerns a capsular device for at least partial placing of the syringe, and besides, concerns a syringe device. The syringe has a front end and a back end. A front portion of the syringe has an axially-extending hollow needle projecting from the front end. The back end of the needle has fluid communication with a space which extends substantially to the back end of the syringe. The syringe contains a plunger which axially extends and can move forward and backwards in the space and which is designed so that when pulled back it drinks a fluid, e.g. insulin, in through the needle, and when pushed forward it ejects the fluid through the needle. The syringe comprises a radially projecting flange element designed so that it can be gripped between a users thumb and long finger. The flange element is axially extended and circumferentially spaced on the front section of the syringe. The syringe has such dimensions that it is possible to make an injection using a forefinger of the same hand The syringe device comprises said syringe and capsular device. The capsular device comprises at least one back element in the form of a sleeve having such dimensions that the plunger of the mated syringe pulled back overlaps the projecting plunger of the mated syringe so that when the sleeve element is engaged above the plunger, the plunger cannot be pressed forward. The capsular device additionally contains at least one front sleeve element designed to cover the needle of the mated syringe when the syringe is not in use. The flange element of the syringe is designed so that the engaged front sleeve element is used as a support for the front sleeve element. The flange element of the syringe is designed so that the engaged back sleeve element is used as a support for the back sleeve element.EFFECT: invention is relatively simple to measure a dose, provides an exact dosag
