A method for the production of disposable absorbent products, comprising: stretching the fabric of elastomeric panels； then tightening the canvas panels with the formation of a constricted area； attaching the absorbent assembly to the contracted portion of the panel web. 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising re-stretching at least a portion of the contracted portion of the panel web after attaching the absorbent assembly to the constricted portion of the panel web. The method according to claim 1, wherein the panel web comprises an elastomeric film laminate, in which a layer of an elastomeric film is laid between opposing layers of nonwoven material. The method according to claim 1, wherein the contraction of the panel web comprises reducing the speed of the panel web by temporarily attaching the panel web to the first speed adjustment member. The method of claim 4, wherein temporarily attaching the panel web to the first speed control member is carried out by means of a vacuum force. The method of claim 4, further comprising: attaching the panel blade to the first speed control member and to the second speed control member spaced from the first speed control member； moving the first speed control member closer to the second speed control member so that the panel cloth is pulled together in an area between the first and second speed control elements to form a tightened section； after attaching the absorbent assembly to the tightened section, moving the first reg speed adjustments from the second speed control element and web release �1.
