FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics; dentistry.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a coating for intraosseous implants made of titanium alloys. Bioactive porous coating for intraosseous implants made of titanium alloys is characterized by that it is made of three layers of titanium. First layer providing adhesion of the coating to the surface of the implant and creating a base for adhesion of the second layer is made with thickness of 70–100 mcm, has density of 90–95 % of the density of the base of the implant and a pore size of 50–60 mcm, which provides penetration of osteoblast metabolites by capillary effect. Second layer providing, due to surface tension forces penetration inside physiologic liquids coating, creation of space for osteoblasts and synthesis of components of intercellular substance, as well as morphogenetic proteins, growth factors of enzymes and phosphoroproteins, is made with thickness of 140–200 mcm, has density of 50–70 % of the density of the base of the implant and a pore size of 150–200 mcm, which provides mineralization of the organic matrix with osteoblasts and formation of hydroxyapatite crystals. Third layer providing creation of space for dense bone substance accommodation and alignment of Haversian systems—osteons, is made with thickness of 500–700 mcm, has density of 30–40 % of the density of the base of the implant and a pore size of 500–600 mcm, which provides wetting of the pore surface with physiological liquids by virtue of open porosity.EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a coating having high osseointegration properties, which provides a reliable stable connection between the implant and bone tissue.1 cl, 1 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к травматологии, ортопедии, стоматологии и может быть использовано в качестве покрытия для внутрикостных имплантатов, выполненных из сплавов титана.
