A walker with holder comprises a frame as four cross-linked supports with fully rotatable wheels at the bottom, the supports are connected between each other along the perimeter from three sides, and at the upper part of the frame a cross bar is arranged, inside the frame a seat for patient arrangement is provided, this is held on the bar by straps which enclose top part of the body, hips and buttocks and are detachable. The frame has variable outer and inner sizes and comprises vertical and horizontal holders and guides. The holders can move in guides that provides interconnection thereof in all planes. The length of holders is limited by outer frame sizes that are sufficient for stepped movement, inner frame sizes are limited by anthropometric dimensions of user. The straps are connected among themselves on breast and back, and latch hook is attached to the straps with possibility of fixation on the frame cross bar. The frame is equipped with tension holders diagonally displaced, and fully rotatable wheels comprise mechanisms for angular displacement braking in sagittal plane and blocking in transversal plane. On the frame upper cross bar a hoisting device with descent brake unit is arranged, this is made with use of multiple-function articulated joint of exoskeleton with load lifting arm with handle and latch hook for connection with user straps.Ходунок з підтримувачем містить каркас у вигляді поперечно зв'язаних чотирьох опор з повноповоротними коліщатами в основі, опори з'єднані між собою по периметру з трьох сторін, а в верхній частині каркасу розміщено поперечну перекладину, всередині каркаса передбачено місце для розміщення користувача, для утримування на цій перекладині за допомогою лямок, що мають обхоплювати верхню частину тулуба, стегна та сідниці та є такими, що від'єднуються.
