Dental material equipped with anti-plaque drug, comprises at least one molecularly distributed octenidine salt or dequalinium salt, where the salt is present in a dissolved form in one or more of the dental region monomers of (meth-) acrylate based molecular dispersion, and the salt has at least one anion containing group of fatty acid, carboxylic acid anions, alkyl- and aryl-sulfonic acid or alkyl- and aryl-sulfate. An independent claim is included for process for the equipment of the dental materials on (meth)acrylate base with anti-plaque properties, comprising distributing at least one of the molecularly distributed octenidine salt or dequalinium salt in the (meth)acrylate monomers, before the polymerization.
