The present invention relates to a vehicle disinfection system and a vehicle disinfection method using the same and, more specially, related to a vehicle disinfection system spraying a disinfection material when a spray angle of a spray nozzle disposed in an upper part of a side spray part is adjusted in accordance with the height of a vehicle entering a disinfection position, thereby being able to stably disinfect the entire vehicle； and a vehicle disinfection method using the same.
