PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method of absorbance spectrum independent of the concentration.
SOLUTION: The measurement method of absorbance spectrum is a technique for performing an absorbance analysis by searching a position where an absorbance becomes spectroscopically equal even if the sample concentration is unknown. Although the reflectance in a reflectance spectrum varies with the concentration of a sample or the length of an optical path, the spectrum in the wavelength direction does not depend on the same sample. By making use of this characteristic, it is possible to perform an absorbance measurement by measuring reflectances to a reference position and a measurement position in the wavelength direction, and determining a wavelength point where both the reflectances coincide.
