The present invention relates to an instrument navigation method and its navigation device. The navigation device comprises an implant, an instrument and an instrument navigation element. The instrument navigation element comprises a memory unit, a positioning unit, a processing unit and a display unit. The instrument navigation method comprises the following steps: using the display unit to display a first parameter data pre-stored in the memory unit; then, using the positioning unit to obtain a first positioning data corresponding to the implant and a second positioning data corresponding to the instrument and transmit them to the processing unit; using the processing unit to carry out computations according to said first parameter data, the first positioning data and the second positioning data; and making the display unit display the second positioning data in correspondence to the first parameter data, so as to reflect the relative relationship between the implant and the instrument in space.本發明係一種器械導航方法及其導航裝置,導航裝置包含一植入物、一器械及一器械導航元件,該器械導航元件包含一記憶單元、一定位單元、一處理單元及一顯示單元,器械導航方法係由該顯示單元顯示預先儲存於該記憶單元之一第一參數資料,再由該定位單元取得對應於該植入物之包含一第一定位資料與對應該器械之一第二定位資料並傳送至該處理單元,該處理單元可依該第一參數資料、該第一定位資料及該第二定位資料進行運算,而使該顯示單元對應於該第一參數資料顯示該第二定位資料,以反映該植入物與該器械於空間中之相對關係。
