PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass mower blade and grass mower which can improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: A grass mower blade 1 includes: a connection part 11 to be connected with a grass mower 3 and a peripheral part 21 around the connection part 11 enlarged with the connection part 11 as a center. The peripheral part 21 includes an inclined face inclined downward toward an outer periphery. In an area on an upper side face of the peripheral part 21 of the inclined face, a protrusion piece 25, which is a plate-shaped extended in an outer side upper direction as a direction separating from a rotation shaft and is arranged with a main face inclined with respect to a vertical direction, is arranged at four positions having equal intervals.
