An apparatus for manufacturing a laminated material for a cosmetic pack of the present invention comprises a coating portion, a drying portion, and a jointing portion. The coating portion is provided with a coating roll which is rotated in one direction so that a film sheet unwound from a first unwinding roll is wound and moved, and a dipping box installed at an entry side of the coating roll to be filled with a cosmetic solution, and is configured to coat the cosmetic solution on one side of the film sheet wound on the coating roll. The drying portion is provided with a drying chamber installed at an exit side of the coating roll and having an internal space through which the film sheet coated with the cosmetic solution is passed in one direction, and a hot air supply line for supplying hot air to the internal space of the drying chamber, and is configured to dry the cosmetic solution applied to the film sheet. The joining portion is provided with upper and lower joining rolls for passing the film sheet discharged from the drying chamber, and a second release roll on which the fabric sheet supplied between the upper and lower joining rolls is loosened so as to cover the cosmetic solution so that the film sheet and the fabric sheet are adhered to each other.
