To provide a super-heat steam generating device capable of easily attaining both a steam amount of the super-heat steam and its temperature that becomes the most-suitable values when a processing is carried out at a processing part without changing a position of an induction heating coil in respect to a steam generation container and a super-heat steam generation pipe.SOLUTION: This super-heat steam generation device 101 comprises a steam generation container 1; an induction heating coil 3 wound around the steam generation container 1 to enclose the steam generation container 1; a winding part 41 of which one end is connected to the steam generation container 1 to enable steam to be taken from the steam generation container 1 and wound around the induction heating coil 3 to enclose the induction heating coil 3; and a derivation part 42 connected to the other end of the winding part 41 and extending to a broiling processing part 102 for performing a processing with super-heat steam.
