The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a surgery thread for a cannula. The apparatus for fixing the surgery thread for the cannula includes a body part formed of a synthetic resin material, a needle part formed of a metallic material and having a hollow, and a thread exposing part formed at an end of the needle part, so that the surgery thread is inserted into the hollow formed in the needle part and exposed to the outside of the needle part through the thread exposing part. The apparatus includes: a cannula coupling unit coupled to the body part and having the shape of a ring having a cut opening part a body coupled to the cannula coupling unit, extending in a direction of the needle part, and formed of an elastic material and a hook part provided at an end of the body and having a surgery thread insertion part folded in the direction of the needle part or the opposite direction to the direction of the needle part to fix the surgery thread. A exposed portion of the surgery thread, which is inserted into a tube put into a body to inject the surgery thread, to the outside of the needle part of the cannula can be easily fixed. The exposed portion is easily combined with the cannula and separated from the cannula. Accordingly, the surgery thread is applicable to an existing cannula without the deformation in shape.
