The air-compressing mechanism includes a driven shaft, a shaft-connecting device transmitting momentum from the drive shaft to the driven shaft, at least one air compressor, and a transmitting unit connected to the driven shaft and the air compressor, and driving the air compressor to generate compressed air. The air compressor includes an air-delivering tube delivering the compressed air into water.
