PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information processor capable of processing information on time fluctuation of a vein by using a re-configuration image or the like by an ultrasonic diagnostic device.SOLUTION: A cross-sectional re-configuration image of a vein to be a measurement object is acquired, and an estimation value of the area of a cross-sectional image of the vein in which the acquired cross-sectional re-configuration image is imaged is calculated. Information related to a fluctuation due to a heart rate of the estimation value of the calculated cross-sectional area is generated, and the generated information is outputted.
