Provided herein are gelled topical formulations for the treatment of skin diseases comprising: a) a MEK inhibitor； b) one or more organic solvents in an amount of about 70% to about 99% by weight； and c) a gelling agent； wherein the one or more organic solvents are selected from the group consisting of C2-6 alcohol, a C2-6 alkylene glycol, a di-(C2-6 alkylene) glycol, a polyethylene glycol, C1-3 alkyl-(OCH2CH2)1-5-OH, DMSO, ethyl acetate, acetone, N-methyl pyrrolidone, benzyl alcohol, glycerin, and an oil； the gelling agent is hydroxypropyl cellulose having a molecular weight ranging from about 40,000 Dato about 2,500,000 Da； and wherein the gelled topical formulation has a viscosity of from 1 to 25,000 cps； and DMSO, when present, is combined with at least one other of said organic solvents such that DMSO is present in an amount of less than 50% by weight.La présente invention concerne des formulations topiques gélifiées pour le traitement de maladies de la peau comprenant : a) un inhibiteur de MEK ； b) un ou plusieurs solvants organiques en une quantité d'environ 70 % à environ 99 % en poids ； et c) un agent gélifiant ； le ou les solvants organiques étant choisis dans le groupe constitué par un alcool en C2 à C6, un alkylène glycol en C2 à C6, un di-(alkylène en C2 à C6)glycol, un polyéthylène glycol, un alkyle en C1 à C3-(OCH2CH2)1-5-OH, le DMSO, l'acétate d'éthyle, l'acétone, la N-méthylpyrrolidone, l'alcool benzylique, la glycérine et une huile ； l'agent gélifiant étant de l'hydroxypropylcellulose ayant un poids moléculaire d'environ 40 000 Da à environ 2 500 000 Da ； et la formulation topique gélifiée ayant une viscosité de 1 à 25 000 cps ； et le DMSO, lorsqu'il est présent, étant combiné à au moins un autre desdits solvants organiques, de telle sorte que le DMSO soit présent en une quantité inférieure à 50 % en poids.
