PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance by which two types of stretch exercise, extension and massage, can be simultaneously performed by one unit.SOLUTION: The health appliance includes: an extension health tool 2 which has an extension function capable of extending the muscles of the arch of the foot (aponeurosis plantaris) and the rear leg part (calf)； a massage roller 3 which is applied to the back and the waist； a block 1 on which the extension health tool is placed； and a pair of left and right frames 4 which are for putting on the massage roller at a desired height position.
