PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for destructive treatment of medical active ingredients included in transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) to prevent incorrect use of TTS to be used or that has been used that may be caused by persons, for example, those involved in medicinal practice because the amount of storage of medical active ingredients present in TTS is always necessary to be larger than the amount that is actually sent to patients to maintain a concentration gradient and thereby maintain a desired therapeutic plasma level of medical active ingredients throughout the treatment of TTS for transdermal application using active ingredients, buprenorphine and fentanyl.SOLUTION: Means for destructive treatment of medical active ingredients present in transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) has a multilayer structure and includes at least one layer in which oxidizing agents such as potassium permanganate and potassium nitrite are incorporated and at least one fiber layer.【課題】医療用活性成分ブプレノルフィン及びフェンタニルを用いた経皮適用において、濃度勾配を維持し、そしてそれにより医療用活性成分の治療的に所望される血漿レベルを経皮治療システム（＝ＴＴＳ）の投与期間の間中維持するために、ＴＴＳに存在する活性成分の貯蔵量が患者に実際に送達される量より多いことが常に必要である。この結果、使用されるか使用済みＴＴＳが、例えば薬物の現場に関わった者による不正使用の可能性が存在する。その防止のため、ＴＴＳに含まれる医療用活性成分の破壊的処理のための手段の提供。【解決手段】経皮治療システム（ＴＴＳ）に存在する医療用活性成分の破壊的処理のための手段であって、多層構造を備えること、中に過マンガン酸カリウム又は亜硝酸カリウムなどの酸化剤が組み込まれている少なくとも１つの層を含んでなること、及び少なくとも１つの繊維層を含んでなる上記手段。【選択図】なし
