The invention relates to an orthopaedic bone anchor and suspension device(10, 30) with a head (11, 31) which, on its upper face (12, 32), has an opening (13) of a central bore (14) for receiving an expansion device, and, adjoining the underside (15, 35) of the head (11, 31), a sleeve (16, 36) which is designed as an expansion dowel for anchoring the bone anchor and suspension device in the bone. The bone anchor and suspension device is characterized in that the head (11, 31) has a collar (18, 38) which protrudes outwards past the sleeve (16, 36), wherein the collar preferably has holes (19) for the attachment of fastening sutures and, on its outer circumference, has at least one recess (20, 40) for grafts.
