The present invention provides a hair loss management system which uses a hair loss management device to increase utility of the device to a user who personally manages the scalp. The hair loss management system comprises: the hair loss management device delivering a composition for improving hair loss to the scalp of the user through a microneedle formed on one surface； and a mobile terminal transmitting/receiving data to/from the hair loss management device. The hair loss management device includes: an accelerometer sensor； and a control part calculating an injection amount of the composition for improving hair loss delivered to the scalp.
