The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition support foam, a method for manufacturing the same, and a cosmetic comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition support foam comprising a low-density amino resin foam, wherein the low-density amino resin foam has a density of 30 kg/m^3 or less, and an open cell and having a net structure, and to a method for manufacturing the same and a cosmetic comprising the same.
