PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center-filled soft cand using a center having good melt-in-the mouth and chocolate taste like ganache, excellent in matching of texture and flavor of the center and soft candy dough therearound, and including a long-term preservation stability, and to provide a method for producing the soft candy.SOLUTION: The center-filled soft candy is obtained by coating a raw chocolate-like composition containing 40-70 wt.% of glucide equal to or less than disaccharide and 5-25 wt.% of hard butter, containing 5-25 wt.% of linear multihydric alcohol as the glucide equal to or less than disaccharide, and having a water content of 8-18 wt.%, with soft candy dough containing saccharide, oil and fat, and a gelling agent. The center-filled soft cand contains 10-60 wt.% of the raw chocolate-like composition.
