PURPOSE: A cleansing composition using PCMX and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure low risk and to ensure excellent safety and stability.CONSTITUTION: A cleansing composition using PCMX contains 10 parts by weight of the PCMX, 80-120 parts by weight of deionized water, 60-75 parts by weight of potassium hydroxide, 30-45 parts by weight of unsaturated fatty acid, and 80-120 parts by weight of ethanol.
