PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement module capable of easily implementing a use in a flexible combination, and control method thereof, and blood pressure/pulse wave examination apparatus.SOLUTION: A measurement module 150 includes an operation part 80, and a connector 90 for being connected to an external device, and measures a blood pressure value and/or a pulse wave signal using a cuff 10. When the measurement module is provided in an external device, the connector is directly connected to a connector provided in a housing of the external device and, when it is externally fitted to the external device, the connector is connected to the external device via a cable.
