A heating pad for providing heat that comprises a heating element having an outer covering, an electrical and control assembly, and an inner sheet placed within the outer covering of the heating element. The electrical and control assembly includes a power cord and a controller switch that is attached to the heating element. The inner sheet houses a heating filament thereon.
