PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET (position emission tomography)-MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) device capable of appropriately correcting the distortion of an MR image.SOLUTION: A PET-MRI device includes an image generating part and a derivation part. The image generating part images an object placed within an effective field of view of PET respectively by PET and MRI to generate a PET image and an MR image. The derivation part derives a distortion correction coefficient for correcting the distortion of the MR image, based on a positional relationship between an object appearing in the PET image and an object appearing in the MR image.【課題】ＭＲ画像の歪みを適切に補正することができるＰＥＴ－ＭＲＩ装置を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係るＰＥＴ－ＭＲＩ装置は、画像生成部と、導出部とを備える。画像生成部は、ＰＥＴの有効視野内に置かれた対象物を、ＰＥＴ及びＭＲＩのそれぞれにより撮像し、ＰＥＴ画像及びＭＲ画像を生成する。導出部は、ＰＥＴ画像に現れる対象物とＭＲ画像に現れる対象物との位置関係に基づき、ＭＲ画像の歪みを補正する歪み補正係数を導出する。【選択図】図１
