<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an earthworm body fluid and a method of producing an earthworm dried powder which do not improve the rate of clear liquid yield in a centrifuge and filtration process, but also use a spray dryer in a drying process, reduce production processes and work labor, and are excellent in qualities and economy. <；P>；SOLUTION: An earthworm or a crushed earthworm is incubated at 40-60°；C for a temperature-keeping time of 10 min-20 h to promote autodigestion of the earthworm, and a clear earthworm body fluid containing a fibrinolytic active substance is obtained. Then, paste or squeezed juice of a Alliaceae plant, or material in which a nonaqueous material is removed from these materials, is added to the earthworm or the crushed earthworm.
