A process for the preparation of a cellular composition, comprising the steps of: (a) centrifuging whole blood in a separator tube selected from: - A glass separator tube containing a thixotropic gene based on polyester and a buffered solution of sodium citrate at 0.10 M; and - A polyethylene terephthalate separator tube containing a highly thixotropic gel formed by a polymer mixture and a sodium anhydrous citrate at 3.5 milligrams / milliliter; (b) Separate platelet-enriched plasma from complete plasma by removing about half of the supernatant containing plasma with low platelet levels; (c) Suspend the enriched plasma again; where the centrifugation step a) is performed with a force of, or about, 1500 g to 2000 g for a sufficient period of time to form a barrier between the plasma containing platelets, lymphocytes and monocytes and a pellet containing erythrocytes; the separation step b) is performed by collecting the supernatant from the top of said barrier and where the enriched plasma is enriched with leukocytes, thrombocytes and adhesion proteins compared to whole natural blood.Un proceso para la preparación de una composición celular, que comprende los pasos de: (a) centrifugar a sangre completa en un tubo separador seleccionado de: - Un tubo separador de vidrio que contiene un gen tixotrópico que se basa en poliéster y una solución amortiguada de citrato de sodio a 0.10 M; y - Un tubo separador de tereftalato de polietileno que contiene un gel altamente tixotrópico formado por una mezcla polimérica y un citrato anhídrido de sodio a 3.5 miligramos/mililitro; (b) Separar al plasma enriquecido con plaquetas del plasma completo al remover alrededor de la mitad del sobrenadante que contenía plasma con niveles bajos de plaquetas; (c) Suspender nuevamente el plasma enriquecido; donde el paso de centrifugación a) se realiza con una fuerza de, o alrededor de, 1500 g a 2000 g durante un período suficiente de tiempo para formar una barrera entre el plasma que contiene p
