The present invention relates to a lamp tool power connecting device of an agricultural work vehicle having a separable cover of a moving portion, and an agricultural work vehicle having the same. The lamp tool power connecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a hinge bracket installed to have a pair of the left and right in the moving portion on the side of a device body and having a slit formed therein a connection terminal installed on one surface of the hinge bracket and electrically connected to a main power supply on the side of the device body and a hinge body provided in a cover of the moving portion, assembled in the slit of the hinge bracket, and when assembled, electrically connecting between the connection terminal and the lamp tool on the front of the cover of the moving portion.
