An all-round walker (1) comprising arms (4a, 4b) coupled to a wheel shaft (11) via conductive bars (7a, 7b) and a walker connection (10, and Fig. 3), the walker connection (10) in disconnected mode allows the walker wheels (2a, 2b) to roll freely relative to a wheel shaft (11) and that the arms (4a, 4b) can be locked in the desired position, and the walker connection (10) in a connected mode causes the wheel (2a) being connected to the wheel shaft (11) so that the wheel (2a) follows the wheel shaft (11) so that rotation of the wheel (2a) around the axis of rotation (X) causes the movement of the arms (4a, 4b) about the axis of rotation (Y).
