Use of 3-[5-amino-4-(3-cyanobenzoyl)-pyrazol-1-yl]-N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
The present invention is <；3-[5-amino-4-(3-cyanobenzoyl)-pyrazol-1-yl] for use in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in human patients with <；2% blood eosinophils. It relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising -N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide. The present invention also provides for human patients with <；2% blood eosinophils 3-[5-amino-4-(3-cyanobenzoyl)-pyrazol-1-yl]-N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide.
