An apparatus, system and method of securing items to a post are disclosed. A portion of the post surface may be deformed to facilitate mounting of the apparatus thereto. The apparatus comprises projections that extend from body to define a recess therebetween. The recess is configured to receive a part of the post therein. When attaching the apparatus to a post, the projections can be located adjacent to deformed surface portion of the post. At least one of the projections has an element incorporated therein. The element can move from an inactive position, in which the post part is able to be received in the recess, to an active position, in which the element is able to interact with the deformed surface portion of the post to attach the apparatus to the post.Linvention porte sur un appareil, sur un système et sur un procédé de fixation darticles à un montant.
