PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical or surgical fastening device for fixing a tube or a similar line to a patient.SOLUTION: The method for fixing the line 25, or adjusting the position of the line after it is thus fixed includes a process of grasping the line, stretching a sleeve 20 installed on the line to be able to resist the motion of the line along its length direction axial line to the sleeve, while making it narrower.
