Personal product liquid cleansing compositions fordelivering benefit agents such as moisturizers. A technicalproblem with such cleansers is that cleansing ingredients,in general, tend to be incompatible with moisturizingingredients, which makes the compositions difficult toformulate. Disclosedare liquid cleansers which comprisewater soluble or water swellable starch combining withlinear C8 to C13 fatty acid to structure the composition andprevent phase separation. The compositions of the inventionare stable both at room temperature and at 45°C for overthree weeks with no visible phase separation.
