PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing the adjustment position of a telescopic handle preventing the telescopic handle from causing malfunction and breakage due to deformation of fixing holes without varying the thickness of a thick tube and a thin tube in the vicinity of the positions of the fixing holes, and eliminating operation for strongly pressing an operation part: and to provide scissors and a saw each including the device.SOLUTION: The device for fixing the adjustment position of a telescopic handle is structured as follows: the thin tube is disposed inside the thick tube to be freely telescopic a plurality of thin tube-fixing holes are made at the peripheral surface of the thin tube in a longitudinal direction the operation part is formed in the vicinity of the tip of the thick tube and the operation part includes a plurality of engaging pins longitudinally set in lines and an elastic body biasing the engaging pins to the side of the thin tube-fixing holes, so that the thick tube and the thin tube are connectedly fixed to each other by engagement between the engaging pins and the thin tube-fixing holes.
